Financial Controller – Shared Services Center (SSC)

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead the finance function within the Shared Services Center, overseeing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring month‑end close excellence. This senior position drives financial compliance, KPI reporting, and transformation initiatives for a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Govern financial controller‑ship, GL, AP and AR across the SSC.
• Drive month‑end close processes and deliver high‑quality reporting.
• Establish robust financial controls, compliance frameworks and risk‑management policies.
• Develop and monitor financial KPIs and operational dashboards.
• Lead finance transformation, process re‑engineering and standardisation across entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA or CA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a multinational company.
• Direct experience in a Shared Services Center or Global Business Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, KPI design and performance management.
