Financial Inclusion Sales Agent – Banking

About the role

Just HR is looking for enthusiastic Financial Inclusion Sales Agents to join its banking team in 6th of October, Giza. You will help expand the reach of financial inclusion products by identifying new customers, promoting benefits, and opening accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers through outbound calls, visits, and events.
• Promote financial inclusion products and explain benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Open new customer accounts, ensuring all required documentation is accurate and timely.
• Participate in outreach events at schools, universities, malls, and youth‑focused venues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Track sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.
• Attend meetings to review daily, weekly, and monthly performance against targets.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of retail sales experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, customer‑oriented personality with good presentability.
• Maximum age of 26 years; Egyptian nationality only.
