Financial Manager

About the role

FAID ALNAAM is looking for a visionary Financial Manager to lead its finance function in New Cairo. You will shape fiscal strategy, ensure financial health, and support the company’s growth in a dynamic, on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise performance and mitigate risk.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions and identify improvement areas.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities to maintain liquidity and maximise returns.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management within a medium to large organisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of implementing effective financial controls and procedures.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage cash flow, working capital and investment activities.
