Financial Planner

About the role

The Financial Planner will work full‑time on‑site in Asyut, Egypt, helping MetLife Egypt’s clients design and implement comprehensive financial plans. You will assess clients’ financial situations, understand their goals and recommend tailored solutions across savings, investments, insurance and retirement.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate their financial situation and objectives.
• Develop personalized financial plans that may include savings, investment, insurance and retirement strategies.
• Analyze financial data, explain MetLife Egypt’s product portfolio and recommend suitable solutions.
• Regularly review and adjust plans in response to changes in client circumstances or market conditions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities to design tailored strategies for diverse client needs.
• Solid knowledge of finance and retirement planning.
• Analytical, numerical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance and client confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field preferred; relevant experience is an advantage.
