Financial Reporting Analyst

About the role

The Financial Reporting Analyst prepares accurate and timely financial reports, supports management decision‑making, and ensures compliance with IFRS, local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports and reporting packages for shareholders and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all reports comply with IFRS, local accounting standards and company policies.
• Analyze financial results, explain variances against budget, forecast and prior periods, and monitor key financial indicators.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and profitability, margin and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with governmental authorities, regulatory bodies and public institutions, handling inspections, audits and official visits.
• Maintain proper records of governmental documents, ensure timely submission of required reports and liaise with external consultants or legal advisors when needed.
• Assist internal departments in resolving governmental and administrative matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; a financial analysis certificate is a plus.
• 3–6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
