Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the preparation and analysis of our financial statements in New Cairo. The role will support strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze sales, costs, profitability, and cash flow to provide business insights.
• Consolidate financial data across departments and subsidiaries for management and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure proper inventory control and accurate product costing.
• Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts for consistency.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Standardize reporting templates and KPIs across departments.
• Coordinate with IT to automate reporting processes and improve data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5–8 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• Strong English communication skills.
