About the role
iQor is seeking enthusiastic Finnish‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join its growing team in Egypt. As a Finish B2B Representative you will be the first point of contact for business customers, delivering support through voice, chat, or email while ensuring a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Finnish.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document interactions accurately in company systems.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
Required profile
- Fluent Finnish (B2/C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
