Finishing Engineer – Mall Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Arcadia Mall Management is seeking a Finishing Engineer to lead all finishing activities for mall and retail fit‑out projects, from initial site surveys through to client handover. You will ensure that work meets quality standards, stays within budget, and complies with mall regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and prepare as‑built drawings.
• Review shop drawings, approve materials and method statements.
• Manage daily site work including flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, glass, and lighting installations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and mall management to align schedules and deliveries.
• Track project timelines, material deliveries, and handle snagging and de‑snagging processes.
• Prepare final handover documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2‑4 years of experience on mall or retail fit‑out projects.
• Ability to create 3D visuals and technical renders for client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials and mall standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
