Fitness Specialist – Personalized Training & Nutrition

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Fitness Specialist to join our team in the 5th Settlement. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design and deliver personalized workout and nutrition programs that help our clients achieve lasting health and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ fitness levels, health conditions and goals to create customized workout and diet plans.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide expert advice on exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training offerings.
• Lead and mentor junior trainers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate client data into personalized programs.
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional events to attract and retain clients.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in fitness training and program development.
• Relevant certification such as CPT, CFT, ACE, NASM or CSCS.
• BA degree in a related field.
• Native or bilingual Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of exercise science, nutrition and wellness practices.
• Ability to design adaptable, personalized fitness programs.
• Proficiency with digital tools for program design and client communication.
• Analytical mindset to interpret client feedback and refine programs.

Required skills
