Fleet Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Fleet Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations of our multi‑company vehicle fleet. The role involves overseeing vehicle availability, maintenance, driver performance and cost optimisation across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations and ensure vehicle availability across all business units.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Track vehicle licenses, registrations, insurance, and inspections to ensure full compliance.
• Monitor fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and fleet utilisation, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Coordinate with service centres, workshops, leasing companies and insurance providers.
• Supervise drivers, monitor performance, attendance and compliance with company policies.
• Investigate accidents, breakdowns and traffic violations, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare regular operational and cost reports.
• Support vehicle procurement, replacement and disposal processes as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics or administration.
• Experience managing a fleet across multiple branches or business units (highly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, licensing and insurance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
