FMCG Store Manager – Dumyat

About the role

The FMCG Store Manager will lead the Dumyat supermarket, ensuring seamless service delivery, driving sales growth and profitability while maintaining optimal stock levels and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement MAF Retail’s supermarket strategies in collaboration with Head Office and Corporate Office.
• Analyse commercial performance using qualitative and quantitative methods and recommend actions to boost profitability and turnover.
• Control costs within budgetary limits to maximise sales and profit.
• Identify internal and external opportunities to enhance commercial performance.
• Conduct comparative studies across departments to improve efficiency.
• Apply the agreed commercial policy and maintain a coherent price structure.
• Review stock and sales reports, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Work closely with Merchandising teams to create attractive and convenient aisle displays.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a retail management role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven leadership and people‑management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
