About the role

Le Metropole Luxury Heritage Hotel, a landmark 5‑star property in Alexandria, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations. The role focuses on delivering luxury service, driving culinary innovation, and ensuring profitability across multiple outlets, including the Blue Harbor Café, Skyroof Rooftop Lounge, and historic banquet halls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all food and beverage services.
• Develop and implement menus that reflect the hotel’s heritage while meeting modern guest expectations.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue targets to achieve financial objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of chefs, managers, and service staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to create integrated guest experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in 5‑star hospitality, with a strong background in fine dining and luxury service.
• Proven leadership ability in managing large, multi‑outlet F&B operations.
• Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
