Food & Beverage / Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to lead our Food & Beverage and Restaurant operations at Lazib Inn Resort, a boutique destination in Fayoum.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage services, ensuring high quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and daily service delivery.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cost management to meet budget targets.
• Develop and implement service procedures, training programs, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage or Restaurant Manager in a hotel or resort.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining high service standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality.
