Food Logistics Team Lead

About the role

The Food Logistics Team Lead will manage Breadfast’s last‑mile delivery operations, ensuring riders meet performance targets and that service standards are consistently achieved. This role acts as the liaison between field teams, vendors and internal operations to drive execution excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily rider attendance, performance monitoring and issue resolution.
• Track order lifecycle metrics, enforce SLA adherence and maintain operational dashboards.
• Provide live operational support to resolve real‑time delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs regarding fleet hygiene, branding and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with third‑party logistics partners to meet supply targets.
• Support onboarding of new vendors, monitor their performance and collaborate with account management.
• Work with zone leads on demand planning, capacity forecasting and actual performance analysis.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics or field operations.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on experience in live operations and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with logistics KPIs, SLA metrics and zone‑based operations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of logistics key performance indicators.
• Understanding of service level agreement monitoring.
• Experience with zone‑based operational planning.
