Founding Sales Development Representative (Egypt)

About the role

Gameball is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to join its revenue team in Egypt. In this front‑line position you will start conversations with growth leaders, product owners and executives about customer retention, repeat purchases and sustainable revenue. The role offers a fast‑track into SaaS sales and growth, working closely with Account Executives, Marketing and Leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and outreach to target accounts in mobile apps, retail, e‑commerce and fintech using email, LinkedIn, calls and events.
• Initiate meaningful conversations around loyalty strategy and growth challenges, not just feature pitching.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, assessing fit and handing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Generate a steady pipeline of qualified meetings that contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide market feedback to improve messaging, campaigns and product positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity and keep pipeline data clean.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and with Sales on account strategy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success or a client‑facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Resilient, comfortable with rejection and able to manage outreach across multiple accounts.
• Curious about technology, SaaS and business growth, and proactive in owning targets.
• Active or willing to build a professional presence on LinkedIn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Familiarity with outreach platforms (e.g., Outreach).
• Comfortable using AI tools and prompt engineering to boost productivity.
