FP&A & Management Reporting Analyst

About the role

The FP&A & Management Reporting Analyst will support strategic decision‑making across the Group by managing budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI reporting and management reporting. You will work closely with business units to provide insights that improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting packs.
• Consolidate annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers.
• Develop KPI dashboards and financial performance reports.
• Prepare business cases and decision‑support analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to support planning and performance management.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Professional certification (CMA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, management reporting or corporate finance.
• Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong financial analysis and business partnering abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience creating KPI dashboards and management reports.
• Proficiency with SAP Business One modules: Budget & Financial Reports, Cost Accounting Reports, Pervasive Analytics/Dashboards, Crystal Reports, XL Reporter.
