FP&A Section Head

About the role

Future Group Language Solutions is seeking an experienced FP&A Section Head to lead financial planning, analysis, and business partnering across multiple business units. You will act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, turning financial data into actionable insights that drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles for several business units.
• Oversee and review general ledgers, management reports and financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and present timely performance analyses and reports to senior management.
• Translate financial results into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Partner with the CEO, CFO and brand managers to support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with group finance governance, policies and reporting standards.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced finance teams, guaranteeing quality and timely deliverables.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, analysis or a comparable finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in a matrix or multi‑entity organization.
• Hands‑on experience managing or reviewing outsourced finance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with commercial orientation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in a structured governance environment.
