Fractional CFO / Fundraising Structuring Partner

About the role

Reefy is seeking a Fractional CFO / Fundraising Structuring Partner to lead its financial strategy and capital planning as the company expands its B2B and white‑label channels across local and international markets. This full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with the founders and leadership team to shape growth initiatives and ensure robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, cash‑flow forecasts, and budgets aligned with sales targets.
• Prepare and review financial statements and investor‑ready reporting packs.
• Analyze business performance to identify margin improvement, working‑capital, and capital‑efficiency opportunities.
• Structure, evaluate, and execute fundraising transactions (equity, debt, hybrid).
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate with investors, lenders, and advisors.
• Support strategic decisions related to product and market expansion.
• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes suitable for a scaling agribusiness.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance with experience in corporate or startup financial leadership.
• Proven track record of structuring and executing fundraising deals, preferably in emerging markets.
• Experience in FMCG, food, agribusiness, or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
