Fragrance Consultant – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Fragrance Consultant will deliver personalized customer experiences, represent PUIG fragrance brands and drive sales performance in a luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their fragrance preferences and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of fragrance notes, families, product lines and brand stories.
• Achieve individual and store‑level sales targets, KPIs and incentive objectives.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling across the fragrance portfolio.
• Maintain counter and store presentation according to brand standards, including merchandising and stock levels.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities and in‑store activations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fragrance or beauty retail, preferably in a premium or luxury setting.
• Strong passion for fragrances, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Flexibility to work retail hours and rotate across store locations as needed.
