Freelance EMBA Instructor

About the role

Study Q, the UK representative of the Cardiff Institute, is seeking a Freelance Instructor to deliver its Executive MBA (EMBA) program. The role involves conducting online sessions, explaining core concepts, and providing real‑world examples to help trainees apply their learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live, online lectures for EMBA modules such as Corporate Finance, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Research Methods, Business Economics, Strategic Management, Digital Transformation, and Data Science.
• Prepare teaching materials, case studies, and practical examples aligned with the curriculum.
• Assess and grade trainee assignments according to program guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to ensure trainee success.
• Maintain a consistent schedule and adhere to the program’s quality standards.

Required profile

• Hold an MBA, DBA, or a relevant advanced degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with solid industry knowledge.
• Preferably have held leadership or team‑management positions.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering training or teaching.
• Fluent English with strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Confident delivery style for virtual classrooms.
