Freelance Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to partner directly with client stakeholders and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will act as the company’s representative, aligning recruitment activities with business priorities and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with client hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and client teams.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity and offer acceptance rates.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects the client’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, either agency or in‑house.
• Experience in a client‑facing or embedded recruitment model is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques.
