French Customer Service Associate (On-site, New Cairo)

About the role
iQor is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Associate to work on‑site in New Cairo. In this full‑time position you will handle inbound and outbound customer contacts in French through phone, email and chat, delivering accurate and timely assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to French‑language customer inquiries, requests and issues via multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot basic product or service problems and document each interaction in the CRM system.
- Follow established procedures and maintain professional phone etiquette while meeting performance and quality metrics.
- Escalate recurring issues, share customer feedback and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors, attend training sessions and stay updated on product, policy and process changes.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken and written French with a strong command of English (B2/C1 level) for internal communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in languages or communication is a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site full‑time in New Cairo, including possible shifts, evenings, weekends or holidays.
- Excellent active‑listening, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Comfort using CRM tools.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
