French-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

Raya CX is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in 6 October City, Egypt. The role involves handling inbound customer contacts through phone, email, chat and social media, providing accurate and courteous assistance in French and, when required, in English.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via multiple channels and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide product and service information, log interactions and update case records in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams following defined workflows.
• Meet performance, quality and attendance targets set by the client and the company.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French with a good working knowledge of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centre or BPO environments.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma; a university degree or certifications in languages, communication or business is a plus.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Basic computer literacy, including email and chat tools.
