French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries, providing friendly and effective assistance in both French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑tier support via voice and chat in French and English.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
