French Trainer (Remote)

About the role

MICO WORLD is seeking a full‑time remote French Trainer to design and deliver engaging online French language lessons. You will work with learners of varying proficiency levels, creating interactive curricula that align with their personal goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and adapt French language curricula for group and one‑on‑one sessions.
• Prepare digital teaching materials and interactive activities.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training programs.
• Participate in teacher‑training sessions and share best practices.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in French with clear pronunciation and strong grammar knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., FLE) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in tutoring or education, supporting learners at different proficiency levels.
• Good command of English to communicate with colleagues and follow internal processes.
