Fresh Graduate – Branch Network Associate

About the role

Join our Branch Network team as a fresh graduate and start your banking career with hands‑on experience across teller, operations, floor management and customer relationship functions. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to deliver exceptional service and develop a solid foundation for long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Perform teller duties, handling cash transactions and over‑the‑counter services.
• Process complex walk‑in transactions such as transfers and cheque handling.
• Support floor management by greeting customers, guiding them to the right staff and assisting with ATM education and online sign‑ups.
• Execute quick service tasks, including debit card issuance, cheque deposits and statement requests within two minutes.
• Manage customer queries, provide product information and open various account types.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
• Good academic performance (excellent, very good or good graduation grade).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
