About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fresh Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in real estate sales and develop professional skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with prospective clients, answer inquiries and provide information about our property projects.
• Support the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist senior sales staff with daily administrative tasks and sales reporting.
• Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Help manage sales documentation and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and willingness to learn sales management techniques.
• Academic background – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Training experience or relevant coursework is a plus.
• Interest in the real‑estate sector; prior experience is advantageous but not required.
