Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients at our modern aesthetic clinic in New Cairo. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from check‑in to check‑out while supporting the daily operations of our medical‑grade spa and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule or confirm appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records in the clinic’s management system.
• Process payments and coordinate billing with the finance team.
• Collaborate with medical and spa staff to organise daily schedules.
• Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and aligned with brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Experience in front‑office or receptionist duties, preferably in a clinic, spa, hospitality or wellness setting.
• Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administration or hospitality training is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are beneficial.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Proficiency with scheduling software.
• Competence in email and standard office applications.
