Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and partners at Digital School by Berlitz. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative and operational tasks in a fast‑paced educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, parents, visitors and partners with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage student check‑in and check‑out, maintain attendance records and follow up on absences.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social‑media inquiries, providing accurate information on programs, schedules, pricing and policies.
• Support parents with registration, documentation, scheduling make‑up sessions and general inquiries.
• Maintain and update student and parent records in internal systems, spreadsheets and databases.
• Prepare the reception area, ensure classroom readiness and coordinate with instructors.
• Assist with event preparation, workshops, camps and report any facility issues.
• Welcome prospective customers, explain program offerings, collect lead information and schedule consultations.
• Prepare daily operational reports and ensure end‑of‑day procedures are completed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, administration or education.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and strong organizational abilities.
