Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our luxury resort in Hurghada. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in guests with a courteous and friendly attitude.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and billing.
• Schedule appointments for spa, golf, and other resort services.
• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Maintain guest records, logs, and administrative systems with attention to detail.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and experience with typical receptionist duties.
• Clerical competence in scheduling, record‑keeping, and general administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Organised, able to multitask and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
