Front End Developer – Web & Mobile

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Front End Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive, high‑performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with UX/UI consultants, back‑end developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive web and mobile interfaces using modern front‑end frameworks.
• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into production‑ready code.
• Implement reusable components and front‑end libraries.
• Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Integrate front‑end applications with REST APIs and back‑end services.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Conduct unit testing and support automated UI testing.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front‑end issues and defects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
