About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join the Hyatt Regency Cairo West team in Giza. This full‑time, on‑site position involves delivering premium guest experiences through efficient check‑in and check‑out processes and attentive reception services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and register guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the hotel management system and coordinate with other departments.
- Ensure smooth front‑office operations and uphold the hotel’s service standards.
- Assist with telephone handling, reservations and billing as needed.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar front‑office role is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems.
- Familiarity with booking platforms.
