Front Office Engineer – GNOC

About the role
Ecotel is seeking a motivated Front Office Engineer to join its Global Network Operations Center (GNOC) team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in network operations within a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in GNOC projects and daily network monitoring activities.
- Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage of network services.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Very good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Mobile Package knowledge.
- SQL proficiency.
- Linux operating system experience.
