About the role
The Front Office Instructor will join NASS Academy in Hurghada to train aspiring hospitality professionals. You will guide students through the complete guest cycle, from reservations to check‑in/out and concierge services, while fostering excellent customer‑service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training on the guest cycle, including reservations, check‑in/out, and concierge duties.
- Teach customer‑service excellence, professional complaint handling, and effective upselling techniques.
- Provide Hospitality English lessons and essential hotel terminology instruction.
- Conduct hands‑on training with property‑management systems such as Opera, Fidelio, or equivalent platforms.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure mastery of practical skills.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in front‑office operations.
- Professional grooming standards and a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Fluent spoken English.
