Frontend Development Tech Lead – Innovation Hub

About the role

Deloitte Innovation Hub is looking for a skilled Frontend Development Tech Lead to drive the redesign and modernization of digital platforms. You will work within a fast‑paced, collaborative team to deliver high‑quality, responsive web solutions for complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend systems and custom components using a modern tech stack.
• Integrate existing software into new or modified platforms.
• Develop and execute test procedures for software components.
• Analyse user requirements and translate them into technical designs and performance specifications.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, and QA to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building responsive UI applications.
• Proven track record in leading frontend development projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
