Fulfillment Associate – E‑Commerce Operations

About the role

The Fulfillment Associate will manage day‑to‑day execution of Majid Al Futtaim’s e‑commerce operations, ensuring orders are picked, marshalled and dispatched efficiently. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, on‑time delivery, product freshness and overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the e‑commerce fulfilment operating model, using internal or third‑party providers.
• Develop detailed processes, quality‑control measures and KPIs for seamless fulfilment operations.
• Oversee daily fulfilment activities, including order picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure proper arrangement of dark stores, stock adequacy and cold‑chain maintenance.
• Monitor production KPIs such as picking rate and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with IT to resolve system issues affecting site operations.
• Conduct QC audits to verify delivery quantities and prevent loss.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce fulfilment, order picking and packing, or inventory management.
