Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the role

We are expanding our Amazon Operations team and are looking for a Fulfillment Center Supervisor to lead shift activities in one of our first‑mile, middle‑mile or final‑mile facilities. In this role you will ensure safe, efficient and on‑time processing of customer orders while supporting a high‑performing associate team.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and acting on safety opportunities.
• Train, coach and manage associates to deliver high‑quality service.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
• Provide shift‑related information to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation during the shift to meet or exceed plans and forecasts.
• Collaborate with support functions to resolve issues in areas such as process readiness, 5S, safety and training.
• Analyze data and drive process improvements to solve logistics and supply‑chain challenges.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12‑hour shifts and perform frequent squatting, bending and reaching.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed.
