Fulfillment Manager

About the role

Noon is looking for a Fulfillment Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations of its fulfillment centre in Egypt. You will be responsible for overseeing inbound, storage, outbound, quality and inventory functions while driving productivity, cost efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring capacity, productivity and service‑level targets are met.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower deployment and operational scheduling across all shifts.
• Hire, coach and manage high‑performing teams, conducting performance reviews and development plans.
• Identify and implement process‑optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Central Operations, HR and other stakeholders to align on business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in large‑scale e‑commerce operations or a similar environment.
• Proven track record in people management, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical ability and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
