About the role
Juzour Botanica is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to join its fast‑growing e‑commerce team in Cairo. You will be the link between customers, the warehouse, and shipping partners, ensuring a smooth order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate daily activities with the warehouse and external shipping partners.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and order status dashboards.
- Guarantee that all orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, operations, or e‑commerce environments.
- Strong organizational abilities and clear communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
