Fulfillment Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Fulfillment Team Lead to oversee consumables management and warehouse operations across our e‑commerce network. The role ensures optimal stock levels, cost efficiency and compliance with safety and SOP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize consumables usage across warehouses and reduce waste.
• Maintain safety stock levels to prevent order‑processing disruptions.
• Ensure proper use of packaging tools and drive ground‑level processes.
• Accurately account for consumable purchases from sellers and integrate data into WMS and consumable management tools.
• Track and drive key cost KPIs to meet performance and cost objectives.
• Leverage ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency.
• Train, guide and evaluate warehouse staff on ERP best practices.
• Plan and assign daily work, address performance issues and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e‑commerce or related logistics roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and analytical problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with consumable management tools.
