Full Stack Developer (Python) – Manager

About the role

Pwc is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development and delivery of scalable web applications for its Advisory practice. The role combines deep technical expertise with a managerial mindset to drive innovative software solutions that support digital transformation for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise‑grade web APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Build responsive front‑end interfaces with React and Next.js.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and services.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams and provide technical leadership.
• Ensure performance, scalability and security of all delivered solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable services.
• Proven ability to work in multinational or consulting environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Python (preferred), Node.js, Java.
• FastAPI for building Python web APIs.
• React and Next.js for front‑end development.
• PostgreSQL database management.
• Azure DevOps, CI/CD tooling.
• Kubernetes and Docker containerisation.
