Full Stack Engineer

About the role

H6H6 builds AI‑driven automation for finance teams, combining machine learning with strong business controls and human oversight. As a Full Stack Engineer you will work across backend services, data layers, integrations, and the web application that customers use to configure and review automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs and business logic in Python using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Pydantic.
• Evolve a multi‑tenant PostgreSQL data model, handling schema design, migrations, performance tuning, and data isolation.
• Integrate third‑party finance and business platforms, managing authentication, retries, idempotency, and partial failures.
• Contribute to AI‑assisted features that leverage LLMs and structured outputs.
• Build reliable controls, evidence, and review workflows around AI‑generated outcomes.
• Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript.
• Debug end‑to‑end processing issues and write automated tests.
• Participate in peer‑reviewed pull requests and CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• At least four years of experience building production web applications.
• Strong Python backend engineering skills.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query performance.
• Proven ability to integrate imperfect third‑party APIs.
• Practical experience with React and TypeScript.
• Understanding of reliability concerns such as retries, concurrency, and failure recovery.
