Full Stack Engineer (Next.js & NestJS)

About the role

We are a venture‑backed startup building AI‑powered healthcare platforms. As a Full Stack Engineer you will design and develop secure, scalable web applications that power clinical workflows and patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack applications using Next.js and NestJS.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable TypeScript code.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and database schemas.
• Integrate third‑party services and internal APIs.
• Debug production issues and optimise performance.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and deployment planning.
• Collaborate with design, mobile, AI and infrastructure teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑time experience as a full‑stack or backend developer.
• Strong hands‑on skills with Next.js and NestJS.
• Deep understanding of TypeScript, asynchronous programming and web security.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design and query optimisation.
• Experience with Docker, Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Ability to write clean code and unit tests.
• Familiarity with Linux‑based development environments.
• Good communication skills in English.
