Full Stack Engineering Lead – Node.js, React, Next.js

About the role

As a Full Stack Engineering Lead you will head a team of developers responsible for designing, building and deploying enterprise‑grade web applications using Node.js, React and Next.js. You will provide technical leadership, ensure high‑quality delivery and foster the growth of your engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions for full‑stack applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning through deployment.
• Ensure code quality, scalability and security best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and other stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes.
• Manage timelines, resources and risks across multiple projects.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead full‑stack development teams and deliver complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
