Full Stack Engineering Manager – Node.js/React/Next.js

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team in building enterprise‑grade web applications. The role combines technical leadership with people management, ensuring delivery of robust solutions using Node.js, React and Next.js.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture and design decisions for full‑stack applications.
• Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering growth and high performance.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle from planning through deployment.
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement and adoption of modern development processes.
• Manage project timelines, resources and risks across multiple initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead full‑stack development teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
