About the role
PwC is launching a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo and is looking for an enthusiastic FullStack Developer Associate. You will work on both front‑end and back‑end components, turning UI/UX designs into functional web applications and building robust APIs and data storage solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive front‑end pages using React and modern CSS frameworks.
- Build RESTful API endpoints with Node.js (Express/Nest.js).
- Create and maintain relational (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel‑perfect UI components.
- Identify, analyze, and fix bugs across the stack.
- Write automated unit tests and ensure high test coverage.
- Push code to Git, participate in code reviews, and follow Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Document technical decisions and maintain project documentation.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Proficiency with React, state management (Redux) and front‑end best practices.
- Experience building back‑end services with Node.js, Express or Nest.js.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and authentication (JWT).
- Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases and ORM tools (TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize).
- Commitment to clean code, automation, and quality through unit testing.
