Fullstack Software Developer (Node.js) – Senior Associate

About the role

PWC is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Developer with deep expertise in Node.js to join its Advisory technology delivery team in Cairo. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining high‑performance web applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js or NestJS.
• Design and implement efficient RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Optimize application performance, ensure security best practices, and manage database interactions (SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code; conduct code reviews and troubleshoot bugs.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and agile development processes.
