About the role
GeekyCX is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers in its Sheikh Zayed City office. The role runs from 3 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, and requires a professional, courteous demeanor.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer and direct multi‑line phone calls, and manage visitor sign‑in procedures.
- Handle appointment scheduling, meeting‑room bookings, and basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Maintain an organized reception area and support internal teams with front‑desk coordination.
Required profile
- Strong front‑desk and clerical abilities, with attention to detail and reliability.
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear English communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior receptionist or customer‑facing experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Comfort using office software (email, calendars, spreadsheets).
- Experience with multi‑line phone systems.
