About the role

We are seeking a Functional and Specialist Recruitment Manager to lead full‑cycle hiring for a fast‑growing digital bank. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience while delivering high‑quality talent across business and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for business and corporate roles, from initial conversation to signed offer.
• Proactively source specialist and hard‑to‑fill talent in banking, fintech, and professional services.
• Apply rigorous, evidence‑based processes for regulated and control function positions.
• Assess candidates for capability and cultural fit using structured methods.
• Partner with functional leaders as a trusted hiring advisor, shaping role definitions and hiring strategies.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
• Build and sustain pipelines for critical, hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Deliver hires on schedule to support the bank’s launch and growth plans.

Required profile

• Several years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Proven ability to source and win specialist, hard‑to‑fill talent.
• Strong communication and credibility to engage senior leaders.
• Data‑driven, evidence‑based approach to talent assessment.
• Financial services recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
