Gas Filling Operator

About the role

The Gas Filling Operator is responsible for organizing and executing the filling of gas cylinders to meet customer demand while ensuring safety and quality standards. You will work on a production line that handles both empty and full cylinders, coordinating with logistics and maintenance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect new and returned cylinders for physical condition, test dates, and accessories.
• Sort cylinders into ready‑to‑fill, maintenance, or buffer zones.
• Operate forklifts to unload trucks, move cylinders, and load finished products for secondary distribution.
• Start and stop filling processes safely, managing connections, valves, and batch numbering.
• Perform quality checks, record traceability data, and adjust parameters to optimize production.
• Act as first responder in emergencies, initiate safety procedures, and report unsafe behavior.
• Maintain a clean work environment at the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Technical degree (minimum 2 years of study).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an industrial or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused setting.
